Please contact the manufacturer Kalirel directly for warranty service (parts only no labour) .
The limited warranty extends only for the period of time set forth in the Product documentation. The period commences from the date of manufacture appearing on the the original Product Invoice. There are no warranties which extend beyond the 5 years. Kalirel electric central heating is compliant with the energy efficiency requirements of the latest Building Regulations Part L, 1 and 2, which requires homes to be divided into 2 heating zone.
